1. Kelly Kosky impersonates a disabled veteran to the City of Denver (documented by the City of Denver)
“Staff Sergeant Kosky lost his right leg (amputated above the knee) while deployed overseas, February 1, 2010.” is the first sentence that Kelly Kosky submitted through an engineering company to the City of Denver in his “Zoning Appeal Application – Case No.: 34-18".
The document can be located at the city of Denver’s website:
What is the City of Denver doing about this impersonation of a disabled veteran to receive the honor and special consideration due to that honorable title and sacrifice? With news articles publicly available that covered the real accident, keep your eye on Denver’s news to see how they enforce the Stolen Valor Act of 2013.
South African News Article, February, 2010:
The Zoning Appeal Application is what he submitted to the city of Denver when it benefited him. But to his supporters on kellykoskyministries.com Kelly publishes under “Who We Are”, “History and Development” under the year 2010:
“Kelly lost his leg in a tragic accident near the black township of Khayamondi. After three surgeries on his leg, Kelly returned to the rural villages to continue to reach the unreached tribal villages.”
Where did Kelly actually return back to? Continue reading to see where Kelly reports to the City of Denver and to the Republic of South Africa where he actually lives.
2. Kelly's July 2020 newsletter fraud
Kelly’s claims in his appeal to the City of Denver would benefit him as long as the City took him at his word and did not investigate his claims. In the same way, Kelly’s missionary claims benefit him as long as his donors to not investigate his claims.
For example, Kelly Kosky’s most recent newsletter, “Missionary Log, July”, on page two under “CUTTING INTO KELLY”, he claims that he needs a surgery to his amputated leg. Right before his donation information, he states, “The doctors want to do the surgery a.s.a.p., but we don’t have the funds to pay for the surgeons, anesthesiologists, and hospital at this time. As we don’t live in America, we don’t have medical insurance.”.
Yet in Kelly Kosky’s Zoning Appeal Application – Case No.: 34-18, he submitted to the City of Denver, “His house (purchased in 1999) has two stories and a basement. Sergeant Kosky wears a prosthetic leg for part of the day and uses a wheelchair in the evenings and while at home.”, and “The proposed four-stop elevator (basement level, ground level, main level, & upper level) violates three zoning requirements. We are requesting a variance for each of the three zoning code violations based on unnecessary hardship due to Sergeant Kosky’s disability.”
So, Kelly does live in America. He “wears a prosthetic leg for part of the day and uses a wheelchair in the evenings and while at home.”, and has owned it since 1999.
3. Kelly’s $1,000,000 plus home in Denver (documented by the City of Denver)
On page one of the newsletter under “MARRIED DAUGHTER” he wrote, “We didn’t have the money to give her a wedding, so it was just her & Charlie, and his parents, and Kathy & I. It was a backyard wedding, with some homemade snacks for the reception.”
Yet Kelly can afford to have a top engineering company appeal to the City of Denver to allow an elevator in his four level, “(basement level, ground level, main level, & upper level)”, house at 152 South Corona Street in Denver, Colorado, and then pay for the engineering company to engineer a four-level elevator in his house. If there was a small wedding, perhaps it was really due to Covid-19's restrictions for gatherings. The value of his home is estimated to be well over a million dollars.
Estimates in early July, 2020: Zillow Estimate: $1,302,808 https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/152-S-Corona-St-Denver-CO-80209/13347343_zpid/
Realtytrac Estimate: $1,270,000
Trulia Estimate: $1,302,808
4. Kelly’s ocean-side home in Cape Town (documented with his notarized signature)
Kelly did not “return” to the rural villages to continue to reach the unreached tribal villages. In 2008 before the accident Kelly Kosky filed his "Residential, “Business” and “Postal” address with the Republic of South Africa as “127 Queens Rd, Simonstown 7975”, being signed by Kelly Kosky and notarized.

5. Where is Kelly’s accounting for ALL his companies? (documented by the State of Oregon)
With this website reporting Kelly Kosky’s fraud for over six months, where is his reply? We do not mean the reply through harassing emails from email addresses that bear names of famous dead people, or being signed up for email lists on abominable web sites, or unauthorized attempts to sign-in to email accounts, subscribing to our email list with non-existent email addresses filled with profanity, or making advertising comment posts all over the internet on random websites with the name “kelly kosky” as a link to our website to make us look menacing and illegitimate and to make our website harder to find on Google.
Kelly’s newsletter claims on page two: “LOST SUPPORT. Due to the economic difficulties around the world, our financial support has dropped by 40%.”
Unlike the other claims on his newsletter, maybe this one is partially true. But perhaps more than “economic difficulties”, his lost support is due to the hundreds of donors who have read the evidence on this site and have not been able to get any proof or substantial verification from Kelly that their donations have truly gone to their intended purpose, donors who believe that if they share their money with a missionary then it is not too much to ask for financial accountability and transparency from that missionary.
Kelly would have you believe that he is being held accountable. We showed that this is false (Kelly Kosky Lies About Being Financially Accountable and Kelly Kosky’s Accountability Sentenced for Fraud).
Someone may be asking, "Doesn't Kelly Kosky Ministries have Public Disclosure Requirements to provide his three most recently filed tax returns to the public upon request?" Kelly Kosky would if he were a Nonprofit. Since he receives donations through the mission's servicing agency, World Outreach Ministries, he is able to conceal his tax returns from his donors. His Nonprofit company, African Christian Ministries, is registered in South Africa, safely concealed from donors from other countries who would like to exercise Public Disclosure Requirements.
Kelly Kosky claims to have been a missionary for over thirty years, but in that thirty years has he shared a single tax return with his donors? Let him answer, not with empty assertions, self-aggrandizement and ad-hominem arguments.
If he has nothing to hide, let him show it -not to this website, but to you, his donors directly, with ALL his tax returns for even just the last year:
O’BRIAN & KELLY LLC, Kelly’s tax consulting and bookkeeping business (link to Oregon State)
STRAWBERRY, LLC, Kelly’s real estate business
AFRICAN CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES, Kelly’s South African business
KELLY KOSKY, who receives every donation from World Outreach Ministries directly into his own bank account
The claims that Kelly has made have one thing in common - his claims can not be verified because they are empty assertions.
Whether it is claims about:
outlandish ministry accomplishments
being held financially accountable
not living in America
not having medical insurance
slanders or a website slandering people he thinks could be on our website team
his claims to be a disabled veteran who lost his leg while deployed overseas
-He continues to make empty assertions counting on people to take him at his word as a missionary, since he can not verify or produce proof for his claims.
If he refuses to be financially transparent to you, will you continue to trust him with the finances that God entrusted to you to reach the lost for Jesus?
